Rebozo Training: El Rebozo como Arma Cósmica - Cohort 4

Registration is now open for the Fourth Cohort of the 2026 Las Manos Mágicas Rebozo Training: El Rebozo como Arma Cósmica. This year’s cohort is limited to 10 participants, allowing us to work together in a focused and intimate learning environment. I invite those who believe they may be a good fit for this journey. Bringing these teachings together has been an evolving path of introspection and growth. I would be honored to have you join me in this transformative journey.

Our work will include:

• Self-care practices (self-sobada).

• Holding trauma-sensitive healing spaces.

• Honoring cycles and transformation.

• Receiving guidance on establishing and maintaining a relationship with the natural world to be a conduit of healing, using Indigenous knowledge of Mesoamerica y el rebozo.

  
  

As first contacts of healing in our families and communities, this training equips you with tools to foster physical, spiritual, and emotional healing.

2026 Dates and Details

Part I (5 Days) - 1st Weekend: April 11th & 12th | 2nd Weekend: April 18th & 19th, Half of the 3rd Weekend: April 25th  

• Rebozo introduction, the history, Indigenous Knowledge, Traditional Mexican Medicine and Curanderismo.

• Self-care and healing, intentional listening, and connection to the natural world.

• Community care and trauma in the body; somatic healing.

• Holding a trauma-sensitive healing space, self-sobada, rebozo as a cosmic tool.

Perinatal Portion

Part II (3 Days) – Other Half of 3rd Weekend: April 26th | 4th Weekend May 2nd & 3rd (Prerequisite: attendance of the first 2.5 weekends)

• Rebozo techniques in the perinatal period, pregnancy, and birth.

• Fajas and binder options.

• Postpartum body care and closing.

Full Training Cost: $1,550

• Includes both Part I and Part II.

• A $400 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Part I Only: $1,100

• Note: Part II is only available to those who have completed Part I.
